I take full responsibility in moving forward with my appointment and aware of the risks involved. I waive my rights to seek damages, compensations and or any involvement on Peanut Love Photography studio. Failure to Perform: If the Photographer is unable to perform this agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, casualty, strike, act of God or causes beyond the control of the Photographer, the Photographer and Client shall make every attempt to reschedule the session. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, Photographer shall return the retainer to the client and shall have no further liability. Further, if the Photographer is unable to deliver photographic materials due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to camera and processing, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault of the Photographer, a replacement appointment session will take place.
COVID-19 Pandemic
Peanut Love Photography continues to closely monitor the global outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure that proper precautions are being taken as the pandemic develops. The Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) has identified that cases of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) have been reported in many states, and some areas are experiencing community spread of the disease in the US and it’s important that we take all safety measures to preserve the health and well-being of everyone. In support of that, I need to ask you to answer the following questions in advance of our session.
